In 2013, Gagnon built upon an impressive track record of success, leading his team to substantially expand Unitrends’ channel footprint, develop and implement new, innovative partner programs, and boost channel revenue. In fact, his organization’s achievements contributed to the most profitable year in Unitrends’ history. Noteworthy accomplishments include:
• 153 percent increase in channel-generated pipeline in 2013 over 2012;
• Remarkable adoption of the UniRewards loyalty program; 6,750 new members were recruited and enrolled in the past twelve months; and,
• 125 percent boost in inbound deal registration traffic.
The UniRewards loyalty program, which Gagnon rolled out in February 2013, has generated extraordinary business value for the company and members. It enables partners and resellers to earn points for engaging in various activities that support Unitrends’ products and services and then redeem their reward points for cash. Under Gagnon’s leadership, the UniRewards platform has been integrated into every channel sales and marketing initiative, allowing the company to fully leverage behavioral-based incentives which resulted in triple-digit pipeline growth from the channel.
