We're looking for extremely talented Inside Account Professionals. Be the first to join our new Inside Sales Team and help take Unitrends and your career to a whole new level!
Key responsibilities for this position include hiring and training an inside sales team and developing the process, policies, metrics and programs required to significantly increase inside sales volume and revenue in a rapidly growing sales environment.
- Cultivate, manage and track a high volume of prospects in the small to medium business marketplace.
- Gain and maintain access to decision makers in prospective client companies
- Nurture prospects from interest to close through solution selling, education, relationship development, and exceptional follow-through and responsiveness.
- Pursue achievement of sales quota with passion while setting the stage for long term client satisfaction.
- Develop a solid understanding of Unitrends products and stay up to the minute on both industry trends and internal product development.
- Work well with others in company
- Provide pipeline and forecasting information to management and report on progress using SalesForce.com
Requirements:
- 3 years minimum of successful inside sales experience, from pipeline development to closing the deal, within a technology related industry.
- Outstanding communications skills – you’re an articulate, succinct and polished communicator (includes ability to listen)
- Experience accessing decision makers via phone
- Business to Business sales experience
- Passion for exceeding goals
- You must be computer savvy, especially using on-line tools and Office tools
- Ability to track progress and be held accountable for results.
- Highly organized
- Bachelors Degree in Business

We're looking for a motivated, energetic customer service engineer with a strong bias for action and a passion for solving tricky technical problems. Our Customer Support Engineers take full ownership and control of an issue without supervision, to develop and maintain excellent relationships with all our customers and partners. They are driven to continuously improve support services and customer satisfaction.
In addition to the requirements listed below, you must be self-motivated, positive and proactive. Team leadership experience or readiness to lead puts you at a distinct advantage.
To perform this job successfully, your background must demonstrate an understanding of quality and responsiveness. Here's what you'll need to join our team:
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision
- 6 to 9 years of technical support and/or product design experience
- Knowledge of the company*s products as well as other IT applications
- Able to perform bug verification, release testing and beta support for assigned products
- Ability to work across several computer environments and platforms.
Requirements:
- Linux/Unix experience required
- Some combination of Novell, AS400 (iSeries) and Windows experience preferred
- Knowledge of Exchange and Active Directory desired
- Knowledge of Disaster Recovery Plans and Procedures, backup processes, etc preferred
- Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years related experience and/or training, or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of the Software Life Cycle.
- Experience as a Team Leader or readiness to assume this role is strongly preferred.
