D2D2x: Disk-to-Disk-to-Any
D2D2x means that our customers have a choice with respect to how they want to handle disaster recovery. The "x" in D2D2x can stand for:

Cloud (D2D2C): Either a single tenant private cloud or a multiple tenant public cloud is supported.

Disk (D2D2D): Disk-based rotational archiving is supported; Unitrends offers two affordable D2D2D rotational archive devices.

Tape (D2D2T): Tape-based rotational archiving is supported.

NAS: Rotational archiving to NAS is supported.

SAN: Rotational archiving to SAN is supported.
