    Red Light on ThermalTake Unit

    While our backup appers to be working, there is a red light indicator on the BlacX Thermaltake unit.

    The blue light is the power indicator, and the red light is the hard disk activity indicator.
    Are you seeing this light at all times, or only when an archive operation is running?

    I am having the same problem light is visible only when archive operation is running? How do i overcome it?

    Are the archives running successfully? When you reboot the backup appliance, what color lights are on on the eSATA dock?
