No connected archive media found.
When I try to view or scan for my archive drive, I get a message "Summary: No connected archive media found. Please connect the archive media and re-scan".

When archive media cannot be detected, you should verify that the archive devices is powered on, all cables are snugly attached and all drives are firmly seated.
If you are archiving with eSATA, there must be an eSATA cable connection for each drive attached.
If you are using a Recovery-Archive Unit, you might try moving the drive to another port to identify if the problem follows the drive. If the drive appears to be faulty and the drive was purchased from Unitrends, you're covered. We'll replace the drive at no cost to you.
If you are archiving with USB, you can might try testing with an alternate USB port or each test by connecting the archiving device to a PC.
