"Archive Media Not Found"

Hi Everybody;

Last week I updated my DPU to 6.2.0, and ever since then it will not see any disks in the Recovery Archive unit. I have tried different drive bays, re-seated the SATA controller cards, swapped cables, and rebooted multiple times.

Unitrends Tech Support hasn't been able to help; I have been passed up the chain and now the issue is supposedly in the hands of the Developers.

Has anyone else had this issue and (better yet) did you find a solution. Right now I am unable to run any Archive jobs (which is screwing up my off-site rotation) and I am unable to do any Restores from Archive as well.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Update: Unitrends Support sent me two new eSATA cards for my DPU. I swapped them out, but the unit still will not see the Archive media.

So nobody else has had this issue?
