With a Unitrends Data Assurance Plan, you'll know your investment is protected and any support issues you may encounter will receive the attention and quick response you deserve.
Support Facilities
Unitrends maintains a state-of-the-art Support Center alongside our Development Center. Support is provided by our in-house Customer Engineers using the latest call center technology coupled with case management, quality management, and built-in redundancy.
Support Program Options
Unitrends offers two enhanced support options from which to choose. Both plans include software upgrades and patch releases, support access (phone, email and web portal), and on-site hardware repair. The plans are differentiated by your access to the Unitrends Support Center.
- Data Assurance - 8 am - 5pm Support Center availability during your business hours.
- Data Assurance Plus * - 24x7x365 Support Center availability.
* Remote system access is required for all systems in order to effectively deliver service
