| Previously, we offered standard support (also called DA (Data Assurance)) and premium support (also called DAP (Data Assurance Plus.)) For our customers that have active contracts with us for these levels of service, we will continue to provide the service that they have contracted to receive. |

Our customer support portal allows you to easily create and track your own support tickets, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also access online support content thru our collaborative community support forums, to which you may gain access via the "Login" hyperlink at the top of every page of this web site. |
