Standard support, also called DA (Data Assurance), is for our customers who need general telephone during local business hours from Unitrends. Standard support includes:

  • Telephone support Monday through Friday (not including published holidays) between 8:00AM and 5:00PM locally.
  • Alerts regarding new firmware and software maintenance and update release availability
  • Continually available new firmware and software maintenance and update releases
  • Remote system access support
  • Next business day on-site hardware repair
  • Unlimited number of technical contacts
  • Flexible communication options
  • E-support through our UConnect self-help portal

During an emergency, if hourly support is needed outside of the published hours it is available for a set hourly fee.
