G2, the world’s largest and most trusted review platform for software solutions, releases reports every quarter, ranking over 145,000 software products and services listed on the marketplace. The ranking is based on their proprietary algorithm, user reviews and other assessments.
Unitrends, the all-in-one enterprise backup and disaster recovery solution, has earned 14 badges across the Backup, Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS) and Server Backup categories in G2’s Spring 2023 Reports.
Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS)
Unitrends has earned the No. 1 ranking in the Momentum Grid Report for Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service, with a user satisfaction score of 93. Unitrends has been named a leader in DRaaS based on its high customer satisfaction score and large market presence. As per the G2 report, Unitrends has the largest market presence among products in DRaaS. Over 90% of users rated Unitrends DraaS four or five stars. More than 80% of users believe Unitrends is headed in the right direction. Nine out of 10 users said Unitrends DRaaS meets their requirements and is easy to administer and use. And most users (87%) said they would likely recommend Unitrends to their peers. Unitrends also achieved the highest relationship score (89%) in the DRaaS category.
Backup
Unitrends has also earned high rankings in G2’s Mid-Market Grid Report for Backup. Unitrends is among the top five solutions in the Backup category. About 90% of users rated Unitrends Backup four or five stars, and over 80% said they are likely to recommend Unitrends Backup and Recovery to others. More than 90% of users in G2’s Enterprise Grid Report for Backup said Unitrends Backup and Recovery is easy to use, and 87% said the solution meets their organizational needs, is easy to administer and are highly satisfied with the quality of support.
Server backup
Unitrends is among the top 10 solutions in the Server Backup category in G2’s Grid Report for Server Backup. G2’s Small-Business Grid Report, Enterprise Grid Report and Mid-Market Grid Report show high levels of customer satisfaction across all verticals, with close to nine out of 10 users stating that Unitrends Server Backup meets their requirements, is easy to set up, administer and use, and are likely to recommend to their peers.
