Unitrends Recognized by the Stevie Awards for Commitment to Customer Service Excellence
After an intensive review of more than 2,300 nominations from 51 nations, the Stevie Awards provided Unitrends with a Gold Stevie® Award for Customer Service Department of the Year, Computer Hardware and a Silver Stevie® Award for Customer Service Department of the Year, Computer Software (100 or More Employees) for 2021.
The Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service recognize leaders in customer service, contact centers, business development and sales. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 professionals worldwide on nine specialized judging committees.
Unitrends has been honored by the Stevies for the past seven years, showcasing the company’s long-standing commitment to its customers. Feedback from the judges included positive comments around Unitrends’ first response time and service level agreement compliance, with one judge stating that Unitrends has a “significant focus on delighting the customer.”
